https://www.hootpickleball.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Hoot
Pickleball ("Hoot," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years
old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
## 2. Products, pricing, and availability
- We sell pickleball bags and related products. We make reasonable efforts to describe
and display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors,
or other content are error-free.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time before you place
an order.
- Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products,
or correct pricing or description errors, and we may cancel an order affected by such
an error (see Section 4).
## 3. Orders
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may
refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors,
or product unavailability.
- If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your
original payment method.

By submitting an order you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your
selected payment method for the total amount, including any taxes and shipping. You
represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
## 5. Shipping and delivery
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship
internationally at this time.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once
the order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the return information provided on
our Site or communicated to you at the time of purchase. If you have a question about a

If you sign up for our newsletter or marketing list, you agree to receive marketing

will also send you transactional messages related to your orders.
