# Shipping & Returns

## Shipping
- **Where we ship:** We currently ship to addresses within the United States only,
including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- **Cost:** Standard shipping is **free** on every order.
- **Processing time:** Orders ship within **2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays).
- **Delivery time:** Most orders arrive within **2–5 business days** after shipping via
USPS Ground Advantage.
- **Tracking:** You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- **Lost or damaged packages:** If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us
within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
## Returns
- **Return window:** You may return an unused item in its original condition within
**30 days** of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- **How to return:** Email **[support@hootpickleball.com]** with your order number. We
will reply with return instructions.
- **Return shipping:** Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived
damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
- **Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original
payment method within **5 business days**. Your bank may take a few additional days to
post the refund.
- **Defective items:** If your bag has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us
and we will replace or refund it.
## Amazon orders
Orders placed on Amazon are handled under Amazon's return policy. Please start those
returns from your Amazon account.
